They are very knowledgeable and they seem eager to help their customers. Alistair helped me with an inverter issue. He was very courteous and attentive, and did everything to get my issue resolved quickly and stay in regular contact until resolved. Highly recommended.

Sun Service Specialists removed our solar panels and replaced them for our roof installation. Kevin was great to work with. Squirrels on the roof had chewed some of the panel wiring. The technicians repaired them during the service. Since then, we had an issue with the inverter powering up. I contacted SolarEdge, they were unable to solve the problem. Kevin worked the issue and while contacting him, his co-worker, Alastair, answered the phone. He gave me possibilities of what the issue could be, and asked me to update him with the status. He was correct, the fuse needed to be replaced and my issue was resolved! I am so grateful that he took the time to assist me. The customer service was outstanding, starting with Kevin, the technicians, and Alastair. I would recommend them without hesitation and will use them for any future services needed.

Sun Service handled the repairs to our rooftop solar system very professionally. Their point person (Ariel) communicated clearly about what they were doing, and worked around our schedule. Their technicians, Vincent, Justice and Harrison figured out what needed to been done and had the system is back up and running in a few days. I am so pleased that my solar installer chose to use them for their warranty work! I hope I never see them again, but it's always good to know they're there.

Had Sun Service Specialists install the wall connector in anticipation of my new Tesla. The entire team of Kevin, Corey, Evan and Harrison were professional, friendly and proficient. Couldn't ask for more! Will definitely do business with them if/when the opportunity arises.

The team of Austin, Alastair, Corey, Chandler and Vincent reinstalled my panels and added some new ones following the replacement of my roofing shingles. They were professional, competent, and knowledgeable about the system. They worked well together as a team. I will definitely use them again for service and I highly recommend them.

The solar panel company that installed my panels went out of business and a representative from Sun Service Specialists informed me that a fallen clip was for decoration and not needed. They also clarified maintenance concerns of mine. I really appreciated how honest they were with me stating they did not need to come out and fix/service my panels as long as they were working correctly. No preventative maintenance was needed.

The team came out to run a 220 line to my garage, and discovered serious potential fire hazards in my load panel. Communication was A#1 throughout the whole process. They looked for the least financially painful solution for me. The whole team came out, and upgraded my service panel, replaced the outside EMT that had been in place since 1979 and was rusted and corroded, added another ground rod for updated security. The teams are so professional and knowledgeable they blew my mind! I highly recommend them not only for electrical work, but solar panel repair and troubleshooting as well!

I really appreciate this team for helping troubleshoot and repair an optimizer that had burned out on one of my panels. They were on time, knowledgeable, patient and professional with communication and proper expectations. I thought it was going to be a pricey fix and was worried about that, but to my surprise it was next to nothing because the product was under warranty. They handled all the communication with the manufacture to get the replacement part. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs service on your solar system, they can do a wide variety of things related to it.
