Service Manager Joel Robinson was superb. He helped troubleshoot a system his company didn’t actually install, even talking with the manufacturer over the phone on a three-way call with me for well over an hour. When he sent out teams to help, they were led by a young guy named Austin who was not only extremely personable, but knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful. I am so glad I found these guys and cannot recommend them enough. You won’t be disappointed — I wasn’t.

I really appreciate this team for helping troubleshoot and repair an optimizer that had burned out on one of my panels. They were on time, knowledgeable, patient and professional with communication and proper expectations. I thought it was going to be a pricey fix and was worried about that, but to my surprise it was next to nothing because the product was under warranty. A few months ago I had a EV charger installation done by a Sun Service tech (Renu at the time). Overall it was a very good experience. The technician was polite, seemed very competent, and answered all my questions. The charger is working flawlessly. He also tidied up the work site afterwards and left it cleaner than it was when he got there. Highly recommend!
