He helped troubleshoot a system his company didn’t actually install, even talking with the manufacturer over the phone on a three-way call with me for well over an hour. When he sent out teams to help, they were led by a young guy named Austin who was not only extremely personable, but knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful.
