Sun service just replaced the inverter on my solar system, my system is now functioning. Customer service is top notch, I always spoke to a human being that was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Their billing and contract system is slightly cumbersome to deal with. They send a contract from an adobe email, as someone that doesn’t check their email often some delays were caused as I had to call back because I didn’t see an email from them (it was from adobe). The price listed in the contract had some discrepancies that they had to correct for me. My service tech was efficient and knowledgeable at his job as well.

Many thanks to the team from Sun Service Specialists (led by Corey) who installed squirrel guards around our solar panels. Each team member was skilled and efficient and they did a super job! And thanks to Baker from Renu Energy for keeping us posted and sharing some drone shots from the process!

Corey, Devin, and Omar were the installers who removed my solar panels for a new roof install and they reinstalled them today. They were some of the nicest people I have met. During the reinstall, they adjusted the panels position to maximize the sun's rays. They were here for 8 hours putting the panels back on. As for the company, they were not the orginal company who I bought my panels from. The orginal company referred me to them. Since I own the panels I had to pay to remove and reinstall them for the new roof. The initial price shocked me but as I got quotes, Sun Service was the best quote. Plus, they are an established company. They drove two hours for this project. The company and the installers made me feel like a VIP. If I was in the market for solar panels or needing solar service like I did, I recommend contacting Sun Service. Thank you Sun Service and installers for being professionals.

They then agreed to keep an eye on my solar systems activity to look for any issues or warnings. Alastair also helped me reset the SolarEdge device to ensure it was functioning properly. Sun Service Specialists removed our solar panels and replaced them for our roof installation. Kevin was great to work with. Squirrels on the roof had chewed some of the panel wiring. The technicians repaired them during the service. Since then, we had an issue with the inverter powering up. I contacted SolarEdge, they were unable to solve the problem. Kevin worked the issue and while contacting him, his co-worker, Alastair, answered the phone. He gave me possibilities of what the issue could be, and asked me to update him with the status. He was correct, the fuse needed to be replaced and my issue was resolved! I am so grateful that he took the time to assist me. Dealing with a roof leak that I thought was under my solar panels, I contacted Sun Service to begin the process of repairing the leak. Even though my warranty was expired Sun Service Specialists was willing to take a look at my issue. Everyone we worked with were exceptional, knowledgable, and professional. The techs took the time to explain everything they were seeing in the attic. Although they did not see the damage, they removed several panels and resealed the mounts to be on the safe side.
