Pro-Shield Protection is a monthly subscription service that provides a number of premium perks for customers who prioritize maintaining their PV solar systems. Just like a car, PV/ESS/EV
equipment lasts a long time if properly maintained. Regular maintenance can also reduce breakdowns by as much as 95% and helps keep utility bills lower. Pro-Shield Protection members can expect:

Terms and Conditions This agreement is a Service agreement, not an insurance policy, extended warranty or maintenance contract. This agreement is between the seller (Sun Service Specialists) and the purchaser and provides for certain service and troubleshooting for your PV/ESS and/or EV equipment. This agreement starts at 12:00 a.m. on the effective date identified on the front of this agreement and continues until terminated or canceled. We will provide the following benefits to you during the term of this agreement: 1. We will perform quarterly performance reports of your PV systems. 2. For all other services needed, we will provide you with priority service in scheduling your appointment over non-agreement customers. 3. Repairs and services to equipment and accessories will receive a 10% discount off our flat-rate pricing or our time and material rates, whichever is applicable. 4.? Your responsibilities: 1. Equipment must be accessible. 2. You must make a reasonable effort to accommodate scheduling of maintenance visits. Agreement Termination or Cancellation. This agreement may be terminated by either party on thirty (30) days advance written notice effective as of the expiration of the notice period. Refund when the plan is terminated. Sun Service Specialists will refund the unused portion of the plan within 21 business days. Refunds are calculated prorated based on the unused portion of any prepayments. Price of this agreement is subject to state and local taxes, as required by law. Price of this agreement is subject to change. Customer will be notified 30 days prior to any change. All equipment manufacturers recommend annual servicing and preventative maintenance care. We include this service in your Sun Service Specialists Subscription Membership.

I really appreciate this team for helping troubleshoot and repair an optimizer that had burned out on one of my panels. A few months ago I had a EV charger installation done by a Sun Service tech (Renu at the time). Overall it was a very good experience. The technician was polite, seemed very competent, and answered all my questions. The charger is working flawlessly.
