SERVICE ADVISOR POSITION AT SUN SERVICE SPECIALISTS

a leading solar service company, locally owned and headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina is seeking candidates for a Service Advisor position.

Sun Service provides high-quality solar energy system service, as well as proven energy saving products and services like energy storage, system monitoring, and EV Chargers. We have serviced hundreds of homes and businesses in the Carolinas providing customer service solutions based on the client’s needs.

We are looking for success driven, self-motivated, hard-working, team players who are seeking career opportunities with a young and quickly expanding company. Be interested in becoming familiar with solar photovoltaic systems and eager to learn quickly. Be open to learning industry leading installation methods and processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF A SERVICE ADVISOR

• Initial point of contact for all incoming service calls.
• Confirming schedule/updating schedule changes.
• First contact basic troubleshooting for SolarEdge, Enphase, & Generac systems.
• Appointment follow up and generation of customer reviews;
• CRM Management for all client types;
• System Production Reviews for recently energized customers as well as existing customers;
• Tracking and monthly submissions of RMA reimbursements.
• Contacting manufacturers to resolve system issues: Tesla, Sonnen, Generac, Enphase, Sunpower, SolarEdge. 
• Payment collection, documentation, and follow up from billable service visits.
